If there is a narrow space at the repair site, then free it from unnecessary things in advance. If there is a dryer on top of the washing machine, then find an opportunity to free the washing machine before the arrival of the master. If this is not possible on your part, before making an order, ask if the master can help you with this. Perhaps the master will have to take an assistant with him for this.
If the dishwasher is built into a complex furniture structure, then the master may have difficulties in order to release it from the furniture. Find an opportunity in advance, with the help of furniture assemblers, to release your electrical appliance so that the master can have normal access to it and do his job. When making an order for repairs, the customer will be informed about the estimated price. The customer learns the exact price for repairs from the master after inspection and diagnosis of the electrical appliance.
The arrival of the master and diagnostics are free of charge and included in the repair cost. If the customer refuses to repair after the diagnosis, the customer pays 1000 CZK for the arrival of the master and diagnostics.
